Gayle Wilson
Gayle comes to Cro Metrics with 14 years of web development and marketing experience in the insurance and financial services industries. In her previous roles, she helped businesses of all sizes, from individual agents through Fortune 100 companies, to create and implement successful marketing campaigns.
Gayle lives in Littleton, CO and enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two sons. She loves hiking, reading, cooking and traveling.
Magalie vanDijk
Magalie comes to Cro with extensive project management experience. After completing her Masters of Marketing Management at Boston University, her love for optimization led her to join the Cro Metrics team as a Program Manager. She is passionate about process improvement and UX design, and finds importance in building strong client relationships.
When she is not at work, Magalie enjoys traveling, cooking, painting, and spending time with her chihuahua/pug mix named Tank. She also has high hopes for her new balcony vegetable garden. Right now, she can be found in Magnolia, TX.
Natalie Nicholas
Natalie joins Cro Metrics with experience in web design and project management for B2B E-commerce websites. She developed an interest in CRO to better understand user behavior, and explore how data-driven insights pose creative solutions for business growth.
Never one to shy away from obstacles, Natalie embraces challenges that allow her to exercise her creativity. She enjoys being part of the design team where she can apply her enthusiasm for experimentation design to helping companies reach their goals.
A Wisconsin native, Natalie graduated with a BBA in Marketing from UW-Eau Claire, and now resides in Minnesota with her adorably dopey golden retriever.
Ryan Zigler
Now based in Northwestern Minnesota, with his wife and three boys, Ryan grew up in the Twin Cities metro area where he began his career in the financial industry after majoring in Political Science at Saint John’s University. His love for technology, problem-solving, and tinkering lead to learning how to code as a hobby and ultimately inspired his transition into becoming a full-stack software engineer.
When he isn’t at his desk, Ryan loves to watch/play hockey, tries to play as much golf as life (and Minnesota weather will allow), and enjoys traveling, hiking, BBQing, and generally anything that gets him outside.
Isabel Green
Isabel started her career as an Account Executive for a South Florida Advertising Agency, specializing in interactive media. There, she thrived on cultivating relationships with local and international clients and strategizing multi-media marketing campaigns. Her enthusiasm for supporting clients, curiosity for A/B testing, and love of tech led her to join the Cro Metrics team as a Program Manager.
Isabel lives in South Florida with her husband and triplets and can typically be found jamming to 90s pop music.
Brandon Henry
As a small town developer, Brandon's love for developing emerged from his love of gaming and technology at a young age. While obtaining his Bachelor's in Software Engineering at Mississippi State University, Brandon was awarded the opportunity to work full-time alongside his education. Though he started his career in Java at Camgian Microsystems, his true passion was for frontend development using JavaScript. After graduating, Brandon focused on full-stack development and building his JS portfolio.
When Brandon isn't working, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, getting outdoors to enjoy the sunshine, and working on side-projects to help advance his knowledge and skills.
Christine Nguyen Lee
Christine comes to Cro Metrics with a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance with 7+ years of experience in banking operations and client service, and 6+ years experience in UI/UX design, quality assurance, automation, and performance testing for various start-up and enterprise software development projects.
Within Christine’s tenure at Cro Metrics, her attention to detail, strive for efficiency, and client-focused work ethic have been valuable in her roles. She started in QA and moved into leading Program Management. Now, Christine is leading the QA team to maintain the highest quality standards, innovate processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful experimentation programs for our clients.
Christine resides in Arizona. In her spare time, she enjoys board game nights, badminton, singing, playing piano, and going on new adventures with her husband and their bunny-son, Binxy!
Andre Sternberg
Andre comes to Cro Metrics with 10+ years of experience in growth marketing and optimization programs across digital media, tech, and nonprofits.
Prior to joining Cro Metrics, he ran Sierra Club's full stack digital marketing team, driving revenue and list growth goals through email marketing, digital ads, messaging, and website optimization. Before that he was at the cell phone company CREDO Mobile, managing digital ads and website optimization. He got his start at Link TV, a nonprofit media company, as the digital producer.
Andre lives in Oakland, CA and spends his free time playing with his two daughters, watching soccer, and mountain biking.
Ross Joo
Despite growing up as a hobbyist programmer, Ross started his career in search marketing within the hospitality industry. After identifying inefficiencies in his team's day-to-day work, he took a deep interest in building automated tools and scripts that eventually inspired his transition into a front end developer. Before joining Cro Metrics, Ross was a Senior Front End Developer with several years of experience in building and launching high exposure websites and applications.
Based in Northern Virginia with his wife and two boys, Ross enjoys watching Premier League football, playing piano and video games, and keeping up with the industry's latest technologies.
Kim Conder
Kim has a background in marketing strategy and in-house creative leadership. While seeking a more technical understanding of user experience and experimentation research, she discovered the world of CRO and is now a Program Manager for Cro Metrics. Her experience with design and client-side business strategy, combined with her attention to detail all help to ensure every experiment maximizes both UX and business results for clients.
Kim currently resides in Durham, NC with her husband and two furbabies of the feline variety. She enjoys reading, collecting defunct video games, and planning her next travel adventure.
