Amanda Zinke
Amanda comes to Cro Metrics with 17 years of advertising experience. This includes an extensive background in account and project management, website design and development, along with managing both nationally recognized and local brands. She has a solutions-oriented mindset with a knack for enhancing processes. Amanda approaches both her life and career with confidence, adaptability, realism, and always with a sense of humor.
Amanda lives in Michigan with a blended family of her husband and four kids between them. On any given day they juggle the controlled chaos of sports, music and co-parenting with a lot of love and laughter. In their free time they can be found hiking, discovering new cocktails, or hosting parties at their basement bar.
Travis Jones
12+ years of experience in the always-changing Digital industry has forged Travis' current role as Director of Performance Marketing; working alongside CEOs and Marketing Directors to ensure their companies reach their full potential by fueling sale and lead funnels with holistic, analytically-driven marketing strategies.
Travis proudly resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, basketball, and music. He has a decade of live performance experience, including standup, improv, and sketch comedy.
Samantha McClure
Samantha comes to Cro Metrics with 13+ years of experience leading marketing operations and strategy. Between her time spent as a Marketing Director at a medical device manufacturer and her tenure in senior leadership at branding and digital agencies – her work has helped companies from across nearly every industry vertical to grow, scale, and succeed in their respective marketplaces.
When she’s not working, Samantha is an avid traveler and dog lover. If there’s a road trip that offers the possibility of a dog friendly hike, Samantha, her partner and their Aussie are always up for it.
Melanie Buck
Melanie has led some of the biggest digital efforts in politics and non-profit advocacy. From 2010 to 2020 she represented national high-profile campaigns and organizations, from Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) and the Democratic Governors Association to the Sierra Club and Amnesty International.
She’s an expert in lead generation, testing and optimization and fundraising, and is well-versed in creating and exceeding key performance indicators, having led her clients in acquiring over 15 million qualified digital supporters and raising over $75 million in low-dollar individual contributions.
She has unique experience scaling high-growth companies, serving as an Executive Vice President, Managing Director and President of digital marketing agencies. Her early and sustained success has been driven by a deep dedication to building effective teams through empathetic leadership and emotional intelligence.
She’s equal parts homebody and adventurer and has spent time on six continents. She enjoys spending time with her fellow explorers in the Bay Area while trying to maintain household equilibrium despite the best efforts of two crafty and acrobatic cats.
Dhary-Anne Davilmar
Dhary-Anne comes to Cro Metrics with an extensive background in healthcare, specifically neurosurgery. She graduated with her B.S in Neuroscience and Behavior and spent several years working in the healthcare field. She decided to make the switch into the technology field by taking the self-taught coding route and creating user-friendly websites and small projects. Her tenacity to find the right company for her entrance into the tech world led her to Cro Metrics, where she finds joy in helping curate the most optimal user experiences.
When she’s not working, Dhary-Anne likes to spend her time enjoying the sun by the beach, exploring hole-in-the-wall restaurants around her city, and finding new books to read.
Adrian Cabrera
Adrian joins Cro Metrics with 10+ years of experience across marketing, analytics, and web development.
Prior to his role here, he was the director of marketing and analytics at a university in Chicago, empowering his team to create meaningful and measurable impact through SEM, paid ads, and data analytics. Adrian began his career in IT and web development before transitioning to digital marketing and analytics, and he is excited to bring the disciplines together in his role as a Sr. Web Data Analyst.
Adrian spends his free time riding his electric scooter, trying new foods, and traveling the world.
Alyssa Scharff
Alyssa’s career in analytics started from a love of reporting, data, and helping people. She has always loved technology and has been fascinated by the user experience and the psychology behind choices. She jokes that she loves data because she is just so curious about what other people are doing.
Alyssa lives in Lancaster County with her partner, 3 dogs and a cat. She loves reading, learning new crafts, and trying new restaurants with friends.
Gavin Fry
Based in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, Gavin grew up in the Susquehanna Valley where he took to problem solving and technology at an early age. He began his career working as a cook through high school and college, eventually graduated with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Millersville University. Throughout his early years and secondary education, he often coded as a hobby, finding enjoyment in the problem-solving nature of the task, as well as the debugging that came along with it.
When not working, Gavin enjoys watching films, playing video games, reading books, and getting outside however he can.
Mark Oliver
As a Director, Data Products, Mark is responsible for making sure the data we give our clients is accurate, complete, and as helpful as it can be. Mark began digging into data after years of working as a marketer and SEO Specialist. He has spent the last few years exploring every aspect of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and all things analytics. He still draws on his time from the client side to help him understand what our customers need to know to make sure that their data is driving the right decisions.
When he is not working, he spends his time with his family, living in the Appalachian Mountains of East Tennessee.
Megan Park
After working as an Account Manager on national brands at one of Canada's top 3 creative agencies, Megan pursued her passion for working with sustainable start-ups as a Sales Director for The Swag. Here, she catalyzed the company's explosive growth in the North American market and launched a mass-market product.
Megan’s expertise in advertising, sales, and project management combined with her fascination for conversion rate optimization and web experimentation led her to her current role, as a Sr. Growth Strategist.
Megan lives in Colorado with her partner where they spend their free time soaking up the sun, finding the best local breakfast spots, and exploring the vastness of the area.
