Alyssa Scharff
Alyssa’s career in analytics started from a love of reporting, data, and helping people. She has always loved technology and has been fascinated by the user experience and the psychology behind choices. She jokes that she loves data because she is just so curious about what other people are doing.
Alyssa lives in Lancaster County with her partner, 3 dogs and a cat. She loves reading, learning new crafts, and trying new restaurants with friends.
Gavin Fry
Based in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, Gavin grew up in the Susquehanna Valley where he took to problem solving and technology at an early age. He began his career working as a cook through high school and college, eventually graduated with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Millersville University. Throughout his early years and secondary education, he often coded as a hobby, finding enjoyment in the problem-solving nature of the task, as well as the debugging that came along with it.
When not working, Gavin enjoys watching films, playing video games, reading books, and getting outside however he can.
Mark Oliver
As a Director, Data Products, Mark is responsible for making sure the data we give our clients is accurate, complete, and as helpful as it can be. Mark began digging into data after years of working as a marketer and SEO Specialist. He has spent the last few years exploring every aspect of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and all things analytics. He still draws on his time from the client side to help him understand what our customers need to know to make sure that their data is driving the right decisions.
When he is not working, he spends his time with his family, living in the Appalachian Mountains of East Tennessee.
Megan Park
After working as an Account Manager on national brands at one of Canada's top 3 creative agencies, Megan pursued her passion for working with sustainable start-ups as a Sales Director for The Swag. Here, she catalyzed the company's explosive growth in the North American market and launched a mass-market product.
Megan’s expertise in advertising, sales, and project management combined with her fascination for conversion rate optimization and web experimentation led her to her current role, as a Growth Strategist.
Megan lives in southern Utah with her partner where they spend their free time soaking up the sun, finding the best local breakfast spots, and exploring the vastness of the area.
Tiffani Driscoll
Tiffani joins Cro from her previous role at a Los Angeles Digital Marketing Agency. There, she worked on various methods of marketing including email & SMS, SEO, and (of course) CRO. Her interest in CRO, and desire to learn more about developing high-performing websites, lead her to join the Cro Metrics team as a Program Manager.
An Australian native, Tiffani now resides in Cambridge, MA and spends her free time painting, reading, and catching up with family.
Matt Viego
Like many developers, Matt's passion for technology sprang from spending many days playing video games and surfing the internet growing up. This later manifested in learning to code in his teenage years, followed by pursuing a degree in Computer Science at the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to working at Cro Metrics, Matt worked as the lead developer at a small software company in the ERP space.
Matt's hobbies include artistic endeavors such as drawing, painting and writing. He loves getting outside to go for a run, go on a hike or explore a new area of his home city. He also still leaves plenty of time for movies and video games. All of these activities are better spent with his family or friends.
Michael Verthein
Michael, based in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, always had a love for computers and technology. While working in Chicago in the Casino Industry, he decided to enroll in Dev Bootcamp to learn web development. He honed his skills leading to a 6+ year career. Throughout that time, he advanced to a Senior Front End Web Developer and managed over 200 Classic and Exotic Car Dealership websites.
When Michael is not working and learning, he likes to spend his free time playing video games and golfing. He aspires to learn how to fly a plane.
Matthew Rogers
Matthew grew up and currently lives in Warrensburg Mo, a college town about an hour from Kansas City, Mo. Despite this, he is a New York Yankees fan, but still roots for the Chiefs. Previously he worked as a Systems Coordinator at the University of Central Missouri, as well as teaching at the University part time.
When he’s not spending time with his wife and family, he is always making time to learn about new technology, go thrift shopping, play video games, or go on road trips.
