Haley Smith
Haley got her start in programming by volunteering to help maintain her high school's basketball team website. She taught herself HTML and CSS to help with design changes and quickly fell in love with the process. From there, she followed her passion for both basketball and technology by accepting a basketball scholarship to Benedictine University and majoring in Computer Science. Following graduation, she began her career as a web application developer.
In her free time she enjoys playing video games and taking part in various sports including basketball, kickball, boxing and sand volleyball.
Megan Park
After working as an Account Manager on national brands at one of Canada's top 3 creative agencies, Megan pursued her passion for working with sustainable start-ups as a Sales Director for The Swag. Here, she catalyzed the company's explosive growth in the North American market and launched a mass-market product.
Megan’s expertise in advertising, sales, and project management combined with her fascination for conversion rate optimization and web experimentation led her to her current role, as a Growth Strategist.
Megan lives in southern Utah with her partner where they spend their free time soaking up the sun, finding the best local breakfast spots, and exploring the vastness of the area.
Tiffani Driscoll
Tiffani joins Cro from her previous role at a Los Angeles Digital Marketing Agency. There, she worked on various methods of marketing including email & SMS, SEO, and (of course) CRO. Her interest in CRO, and desire to learn more about developing high-performing websites, lead her to join the Cro Metrics team as a Program Manager.
An Australian native, Tiffani now resides in Cambridge, MA and spends her free time painting, reading, and catching up with family.
Matt Viego
Like many developers, Matt's passion for technology sprang from spending many days playing video games and surfing the internet growing up. This later manifested in learning to code in his teenage years, followed by pursuing a degree in Computer Science at the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to working at Cro Metrics, Matt worked as the lead developer at a small software company in the ERP space.
Matt's hobbies include artistic endeavors such as drawing, painting and writing. He loves getting outside to go for a run, go on a hike or explore a new area of his home city. He also still leaves plenty of time for movies and video games. All of these activities are better spent with his family or friends.
Michael Verthein
Michael, based in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, always had a love for computers and technology. While working in Chicago in the Casino Industry, he decided to enroll in Dev Bootcamp to learn web development. He honed his skills leading to a 6+ year career. Throughout that time, he advanced to a Senior Front End Web Developer and managed over 200 Classic and Exotic Car Dealership websites.
When Michael is not working and learning, he likes to spend his free time playing video games and golfing. He aspires to learn how to fly a plane.
Matthew Rogers
Matthew grew up and currently lives in Warrensburg Mo, a college town about an hour from Kansas City, Mo. Despite this, he is a New York Yankees fan, but still roots for the Chiefs. Previously he worked as a Systems Coordinator at the University of Central Missouri, as well as teaching at the University part time.
When he’s not spending time with his wife and family, he is always making time to learn about new technology, go thrift shopping, play video games, or go on road trips.
